Some Comments:

My CD copy of this show has always been a real favorite. Nice clear sound, great song list. The real break between sets is after Let It Grow, as BW announces (“so hang out”). Set 2 starts with Something Doesn’t Work… But if recording to CD by sets, the second set will not fit on a single CD (>90 min.). As dl’ed if desired to do so will fit nicely on two CD’s. CDa is separate songs, CDb jams with real intensity and fire for the most part, (Playin’>>>Other One), slowing for a real nice Stella. Garcia’s guitar sound is harder than in previous years, and everyone goes into jams with a real intensity (turn it up!). Dead on a real roll in 1977. Very nearly forty years and still raises the shivers.

This show dl from the band’s server before the rule change in 2002 which resulted in policy allowing only AUD dl’s of Dead concerts. Before that, it was allowed to freely dl SBD shows. I left the show the way I found it, I was careful not to do anything to harm this recording.
